Why did you start the Traineeship?
I was looking for a new direction in my career and always felt unfulfilled. This is when I came across the IT Career Switch ad on CV-library and was instantly attracted to the offer. I felt it was time to start a new chapter in my career and boy has it opened new doors for me.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The most enjoyable aspect of the course for me was the practice labs as it gave me an insight into the core IT help desk skills.
What's your current role like?
My current role is as a level 1 support engineer offering help to US customers concerning a product my company holds the license for. This role offers great progression and skill development, I can safely say that the future is bright!
