Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship to get the qualifications I needed to move from a mundane manual labour position into an exciting career in IT, I am now doing more qualifications to further my new career and I couldn’t be happier.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed learning about networking and security, I always found these subjects to be fascinating and the information provided during the course was absolutely fantastic because being video based it explains everything in a way that is easy for anyone to understand.
What's your current role like?
As an IT Engineer I now feel like I am on my way to a brighter future rather than just doing a job that pays minimum wage with no serious progress. I can and do fix any problems people have with their devices and I am filled with pride everyday
