Why did you start the Traineeship?
I have previous work experience in engineering and a degree in graphic design I wanted to start a new career in which my skills would be transferable. Software development was the perfect role for me.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I found the mentorship the most enjoyable part of the traineeship, in this stage, I leveled up my skills and gained more confidence for my future in the industry.
What's your current role like?
I am currently employed as a software developer for a finance company in Brighton, I am working remotely and my skills are progressing daily.
