Why did you start the Traineeship?
I was always interested in IT, but did not have the qualification and experience to get interviews. When looking for online courses, ITCareerSwitch seemed promising, with positive reviews.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The courses were structured well, supported by easy to follow videos and quizzes to consolidate the learning. The Live labs provide the real experience of the future IT role.
What's your current role like?
My current role includes providing IT support to schools, dealing with various hardware and software issues.
