I’d reached a turning point in my career and was looking for something to move into where I felt the prospects were strong. IT fit the bill, but equally importantly I needed to find a provider to carry out my studies and qualifications with that gave me confidence to go ahead. Career Switch did that.

I enjoyed the challenge of learning a whole new, and wide, discipline. The way the training was provided was interactive enough to hold my attention and the closer to the final exams that you got the more interactive and challenge based the learning became. I thrived on meeting each individual hurdle in the build up to taking the final qualifications.

I really feel like I’ve landed on my feet with my role as a MAC Engineer. It’s giving me a chance to gradually develop my skills from theory into practise, with the prospect of moving into first line support and beyond. There’s a very good atmosphere at the company I’m working, with people more than happy to help out with some knowledge and advice as I’m learning the role.
