Why did you start the Traineeship?
After working for years in jobs that I wasn’t really passionate about I decided to go back to what I loved when I was young: tech, IT, software and hardware.After researching for a while I found IT Career Switch with their moderate prices and online on-demand training and I was sold, so I got on board!
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The online and flexible learning time was definitely a must for me as in full-time employment at the time I started the course… The online practice labs were definitely a plus to really get a sense of how the work environments actually look like.
What's your current role like?
Starting as a Support Technician on the phone which is definitely not too overwhelming and training for on-site support in a couple of months… Definitely a good start for my new career in IT!
