I was able to pursue the Traineeship at my own pace. This allowed me to juggle both the training and my work life effectively.
What's your current role like?
In my current role I troubleshoot technical issues for a wide variety of clients over the phone. I’m part of a supportive and knowledgeable team and am encouraged to pursue further qualifications!
