Why did you start the Traineeship?
Looking for a career change from the Education sector into IT, I found this traineeship as the perfect opportunity. I have always been interested in computers and wanted to pursue this as a career.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The Traineeship had many different ways of learning such as the Online Portal which has many step by step videos and useful Powerpoints and information. The online Live Labs environment helped me to learn some of the key aspects which are useful in many IT jobs such as learning how to operate Active Directory.
What's your current role like?
I love my new job. The work environment is very helpful and friendly which is great since the work can sometimes be quite pressured at times. Remoting onto customer computers to fix their problems is the majority of the job.
